We are a small friendly Judo club. We meet every Wednesday evening during term time at the Mendham & Withersdale Village Hall in Withersdale Street, near Harleston.

                                                                 

Juniors 8 years old and over start at 6.30 p.m. and finish at 8.00 p.m., although younger juniors may bow off the mat earlier.

 

We currently run a senior mat, concurrent with the juniors, and are always interested to hear from seniors wishing to take up or return to Judo.
